Visit Victoria – Little Lon video series
Role: Art Direction · Concept Development · Storyboarding · On set direction · Design Oversight
This video series was developed to set a new cultural direction for the nation - reestablishing Melbourne’s legacy of creativity through 4 pillars, fashion, music, comedy & hospitality. Produced for Visit Victoria, the film spotlighted Melbourne-based talents in a way that felt grounded, elevated, and emotionally resonant.
The first profiles Brad Wilson, founder of Little Lon Distilling Co., a small-batch gin bar and distillery tucked into the last-standing single-storey cottage in Melbourne’s CBD. Once a red-brick hideout for bootleggers and brothel-goers, the building now houses a refined operation that toasts to Melbourne’s scandalous past with every pour. The visual treatment reflected this tension - between grit and charm, past and present.
Each film was delivered as a 5-minute short with social cutdowns. Creative oversight spanned concept development, scripting, storyboarding, direction, and post — ensuring the tone, texture and tempo captured Melbourne’s distinct cultural identity.
